Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive - Outplacement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage current client relationships, ensuring account growth and retention
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic selling and lead follow-up
- Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership development and outplacement to understand and address client needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in selling outplacement and/or leadership solutions
- Experience selling to Human Resources departments or equivalent
- Proven track record in prospecting and business development for existing and new accounts
- Extensive relationships with mid- and senior-level HR executives
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
