- Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve business results
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to boost growth and renewal targets
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Account Managers while fostering an inclusive team culture
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and 3+ years in sales or post-sales management
- Experience managing and scaling teams selling multiple products to various personas
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume startup environment
- Technical competency to understand software related to governance, risk, and compliance
- Intellectual curiosity to learn about the industry and its challenges
