Key Responsibilities

- Design a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption centralization process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field
- Experience in adoption services, child welfare policy, or program evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide actionable recommendations
- Understanding of state and federal child welfare policies, including the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA)
