After Hours Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager - After Hours.

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the After Hours team members and processes
• Develop and implement short and long term strategies to improve after hours operations
• Handle customer escalations and ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of booking operations

Requirements:

• Travel advisor/Travel Management Company experience
• Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Prior experience managing a large team a plus
• Ability to work late evening and at least one weekend day/evening shifts
• Deeply ingrained orientation to the customer with a mindset toward delivering an exceptional experience to both internal and external customers
