Associate Instructional Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Instructional Designer, ELA/SLA.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, storyboard, and develop digital curriculum assets such as videos, eBooks, and interactive simulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements and schedules are met
- Contribute to user testing and maintain accuracy of build documentation throughout the product development process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials
- Familiarity with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems
- Ability to create and visualize animated and interactive content
- Bilingual recommended, with Spanish desired
