Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Programs to support internal and external stakeholder relationships and manage program business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding of programs and ensure operational efficiency post-contract agreements
  • Manage ongoing operational tasks and maintain relationships with MGAs, TPAs, and clients
  • Develop and improve processes related to program business and produce various reports
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred; post-graduate or industry certification (CPCU or CPL) is a plus
  • Over 5 years of relevant industry experience in program management operations
  • Experience in designing and evaluating controls in surplus lines and admitted business environments
  • Strong knowledge of the P&C industry and insurance company operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capable of managing large datasets
