Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create emotional connections with members to advocate for their health
- Understand member needs and build trusting relationships
- Review member claim history and explain rights and responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED
- Quiet and secure workspace in the home
- Hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25mbps/3mbps
