  • Understand member needs and build trusting relationships
  • Review member claim history and explain rights and responsibilities
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Quiet and secure workspace in the home
  • Hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25mbps/3mbps
