Job Summary

A company in the customer service industry is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding citations
  • Provide solutions and alternatives to customers while meeting or exceeding call center metrics
  • Support the Call Center Team Lead with meeting operational objectives and cross-training initiatives
Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center, collections, customer service, or retail environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult customer interactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and technology
  • High school diploma or GED required
