Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Call Center Agent / Interviewer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service through outbound calls for surveys and community health assessments
- Work on multiple projects and maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Engage with clients using an engaging and conversational tone to establish rapport quickly
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills with a personal computer (Windows 11 or higher) or Mac (Apple OS X 10.13+) and antivirus protection
- Must be a resident of Texas and maintain a quiet private space while working from home
- Minimum typing speed of 18 wpm and ability to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
- Ability to learn and use multiple computer programs effectively
- Possess a smartphone or tablet with a camera for two-factor authentication
