Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, including conducting live online demos and managing follow-up actions
  • Contact potential clients through various outbound prospecting activities and identify client needs
  • Create early stage opportunities from self-generated leads and manage sales funnel activities in CRM
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B lead generation experience, preferably in Language Services, IT/Software, or Tech Services
  • 4-year College Degree (BA/BS) in a related field
  • Highly organized with effective task management skills
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software, ideally Hubspot, and understanding of sales performance metrics
