Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospects through the sales process, including conducting live online demos and managing follow-up actions
- Contact potential clients through various outbound prospecting activities and identify client needs
- Create early stage opportunities from self-generated leads and manage sales funnel activities in CRM
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B lead generation experience, preferably in Language Services, IT/Software, or Tech Services
- 4-year College Degree (BA/BS) in a related field
- Highly organized with effective task management skills
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software, ideally Hubspot, and understanding of sales performance metrics
