Job Summary

A company in the Sales industry is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Position Responsibilities
  • Drive individual BDR activity for regional sales and alliance teams for target companies and markets
  • Handle both inbound and outbound lead management process from qualification to establishing Sales Accepted leads (SAL)
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools platforms and campaign execution tools to drive BDR campaigns
Qualifications
  • Two to three (2-3) years of experience in SDR and BDR roles with demonstrable experience in lead generation and pipeline development for B2B companies, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing programs
  • Worked with and supported Regional Sales and Alliance Teams with business development and pipeline development activity
  • Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, Outreach.io, Demand Base and/Google Adwords etc
  • Experience using landing page tools like Leadfeeder, and building outreach campaigns targeting website visitors
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or another related field
