Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Third-Party Accounts Receivable by analyzing denied and un-responded claims
- Conduct outbound calls to insurance carriers to appeal and check claims status
- Post explanation of benefits and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to create and modify spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel
- Availability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
