Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and fulfill requests for information via telephone and email
- Monitor the internal CSR call queue and assist with inbound calls as needed
- Document and track calls/questions for accuracy and workflow measurement
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in a help desk or triaging call center environment
- 2+ years' experience with Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office preferred
- 1+ years' experience with PRS, E-Board, and QMARS preferred
