Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor - AmazonRx.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-tier customer service support, addressing client needs and issues
  • Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with customer communication platforms such as Zendesk or similar
  • Ability to type accurately with a minimum speed of 40 WPM
  • Familiarity with business applications and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
