Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor - AmazonRx.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-tier customer service support, addressing client needs and issues
- Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with customer communication platforms such as Zendesk or similar
- Ability to type accurately with a minimum speed of 40 WPM
- Familiarity with business applications and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
