Cash Applications Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cash Applications Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process daily cash receipts, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
- Reconcile customer accounts by researching and resolving discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by collaborating with customers and internal departments
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in cash applications or a related financial position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of cash application processes and best practices
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AS400) is preferred
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
