Cash Applications Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Applications Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process daily cash receipts, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile customer accounts by researching and resolving discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by collaborating with customers and internal departments

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cash applications or a related financial position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong understanding of cash application processes and best practices
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AS400) is preferred
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
