Job Summary
A company is looking for a Profee Specialized Coder - Urology.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate coding of medical records, including ICD 10, CPT, and HCPCS assignments
- Maintain a quarterly quality score of 95% or greater while adhering to ethical coding standards
- Utilize advanced coding knowledge to support physician and mid-level provider services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of a Coding Course
- Minimum of 1 year of coder experience; 3 years preferred
- Core certification required (e.g., CPC, COC, CIC, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CRC)
- Specialty certification in Urology or related field preferred
