A company is looking for a Change Management and Implementation Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of organizational change, including stakeholder analyses, impact analyses, and implementation planning
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with client goals
- Manage a team, oversee their work, and contribute to their professional growth and development
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree
- Minimum of 10 years of public relations and communications experience
- At least 4 years' experience supporting a large corporation or government agency
- Prosci certified
- Experience with knowledge management and change management initiatives
