Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Change Management to lead and drive organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for successful adoption of new tools and processes
  • Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders in managing change processes and coach field leaders on adoption tactics
  • Analyze stakeholder groups and create tailored communication plans to effectively convey the rationale and benefits of change
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in change management, preferably with management consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior and change management principles
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align change initiatives with organizational goals
  • Hands-on approach with strong project management skills
