Channel Partner Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Channel Partners (Health Plans).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, including onboarding and maintaining strong connections
- Provide ongoing support and training to partners in collaboration with Account Management and Commercial teams
- Monitor partner performance and develop strategies to improve client retention, satisfaction, and drive revenue
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, implementation project management, account management, or sales
- Experience with large-scale, complex projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to drive projects with minimal guidance from concept to execution
- Demonstrated success in managing and influencing teams in dynamic environments
