Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client retention and loyalty through proactive service and communication
• Oversee the maintenance of client records while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy in reporting and financial transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent 5+ years' experience
• 1-2 years' experience in financial services, philanthropic industry, or trust administration preferred
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Flexibility to shift priorities and contribute to team goals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
