Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding & Quality Assurance Manager to assist with onboarding new Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) clients as well as providing quality assurance and review of revenue cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all RCM onboarding tasks
- Review accounts worked by revenue cycle teams and provide process improvement updates
- Coordinate and monitor tasks to ensure timely completion
Required Qualifications:
- Project management experience
- Health care experience specifically in revenue cycle management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High degree of flexibility and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills
