Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding & Quality Assurance Manager to assist with onboarding new Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) clients as well as providing quality assurance and review of revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all RCM onboarding tasks
  • Review accounts worked by revenue cycle teams and provide process improvement updates
  • Coordinate and monitor tasks to ensure timely completion
Required Qualifications:
  • Project management experience
  • Health care experience specifically in revenue cycle management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of flexibility and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills
