Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Registration Coordinator to manage patient registration and insurance verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers, ensuring high-quality service
- Perform accurate entry and verification of patient information and insurance details in relevant software
- Assist in training new personnel and respond to insurance inquiries from home health staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associates degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- One year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
