Client Services Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their Contact Center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, the customer base, and patients
- Resolve customer requests via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet
- Notify clients of test results and ensure accuracy in reporting
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
