Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their Contact Center team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the company, the customer base, and patients
  • Resolve customer requests via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet
  • Notify clients of test results and ensure accuracy in reporting
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
