A company is looking for a Collections Escalations and Solutions Representative.

- Take escalated calls from the Collections department and work assigned complaints
- Research, review, and collaborate with other departments to resolve complaints within 2 days
- Manage time effectively and stay organized
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in collections and/or customer service
- Thorough and clear note-taking for complaint documentation
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of loan collection policies, fair debt collection practices, and related laws
