Job Summary
A company is looking for an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Remote 1099 Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with complex patient cases escalated by case management care coaches
- Provide triage and follow-up care directly with patients
- Self-schedule shifts and be available for on-call duties during specified hours
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Current, unrestricted Compact Multi-State RN License
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Case Management or Chronic Disease Management
- Proficiency with electronic health records and web-based applications
- Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week
