Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of HR Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices and manage compensation data
- Prepare and present reports on compensation metrics and collaborate with HR and other departments for integrated compensation practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Healthcare Leadership or Compensation Management
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in compensation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation
