Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Technician I to support client needs related to insurance contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct file balancing and maintain the contract management system, including tracking key update dates for reimbursement rules
- Complete contract build testing and audits to ensure accuracy before production
- Provide support for revenue cycle inquiries regarding calculations and reimbursement from contract builds
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry related to payer reimbursement
- Experience with hospital or physician insurance contract build and managed care
- Knowledge of insurance contract interpretation and contract management platforms
- Must obtain CRCR certification within 9 months of hire (employer paid)
