CPA or CFA Financial Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead its financial operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations related to monthly invoicing and customer relationships
- Lead the monthly financial close process and maintain the financial model for strategic decision-making
- Produce weekly cash flow reports and serve as the primary liaison for vendor and budget management
Required Qualifications
- Certification: CFA or CPA
- Education: MBA or management consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or Big Four)
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or bookkeeping, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proven ability to manage AP/AR, financial close, and cash flow processes
- Experience with multi-currency and international financial operations
