Key Responsibilities
- Develop a channel-user-scenario matching model in collaboration with project release operations and brand teams
- Create standardized processes for managing multiple projects to reduce collaboration friction
- Expand in-house CRM system capabilities by defining optimization goals and collaborating with the tech team
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in large-scale CRM project management or precision marketing
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies in foreign markets and CRM processes
- Strong ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Proven track record of driving results and successfully implementing business initiatives
- Passionate about gaming with a strong understanding of overseas gaming markets
