Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to support client interactions in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Manage key accounts and serve as the primary contact for clients
- Assist clients with quotes, order processing, and tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in science
- At least 2 years of experience in a client services position
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus
- Customer service-oriented attitude and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
