Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to support client interactions in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Manage key accounts and serve as the primary contact for clients
  • Assist clients with quotes, order processing, and tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in science
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client services position
  • Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus
  • Customer service-oriented attitude and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
