Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide direction to Customer Experience agents, ensuring productivity and service levels meet KPIs
- Conduct quality checks and provide ongoing feedback and training to maintain high standards
- Assist in daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience and 1 year in a leadership role
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and data analysis preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism in escalated situations
