Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide direction to Customer Experience agents, ensuring productivity and service levels meet KPIs
  • Conduct quality checks and provide ongoing feedback and training to maintain high standards
  • Assist in daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience and 1 year in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and data analysis preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in escalated situations
