Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to support internal partners and external customers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer needs and requirements are communicated effectively to the operations team
- Manage documentation and coordinate services related to customer onboarding and ongoing communication
- Provide information and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and meet deadlines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-2 years of experience in an office environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; BA or equivalent is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn specialized software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work efficiently under moderate supervision and adapt to changes
