Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to support internal partners and external customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer needs and requirements are communicated effectively to the operations team
  • Manage documentation and coordinate services related to customer onboarding and ongoing communication
  • Provide information and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and meet deadlines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; BA or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn specialized software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work efficiently under moderate supervision and adapt to changes
