Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for employees, patients, and providers to resolve issues
- Provide coaching and training to employees in customer service and case resolution
- Oversee employee schedules to ensure proper business coverage as per client contracts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- College degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
- 2 to 4 years of prior experience in call center, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Health insurance knowledge with both commercial and government plans highly desired
- Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
- Process improvement experience
