Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an escalation point for employees, patients, and providers to resolve issues
  • Provide coaching and training to employees in customer service and case resolution
  • Oversee employee schedules to ensure proper business coverage as per client contracts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • College degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of prior experience in call center, healthcare, or related field preferred
  • Health insurance knowledge with both commercial and government plans highly desired
  • Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
  • Process improvement experience
