Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the late shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and chats professionally and courteously
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases as necessary
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate's/bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Availability for the late shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including at least one weekend shift
  • Dual language (English/Spanish) speakers strongly preferred
