- Log and track calls and requests while servicing clients
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-line call center environment
- Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States
