Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of customer service experience is required
  • 1 year of call center experience is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to change and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Must have reliable, high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
