Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Card Customer Service representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
  • Assist over 100 customers per day with various inquiries including reward redemptions and card activations
  • Utilize multiple systems to troubleshoot and document customer inquiries while adhering to scripts and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
