Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credit Card Customer Service representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Assist over 100 customers per day with various inquiries including reward redemptions and card activations
- Utilize multiple systems to troubleshoot and document customer inquiries while adhering to scripts and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
