Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier customer service calls and queries
  • Examine customer problems and implement corrective actions to respond to requests
  • Maintain logs, reports, and records while investigating and tracking customer issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Generally, 2+ years of related customer service experience
  • General knowledge of products and customer service activities in the assigned area
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to navigate computerized data entry systems
  • Must be available for rotating Saturday shifts every four weeks
