Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to clients in the DSD West Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Manage orders proactively to optimize service metrics such as case fill and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant customer service experience
  • Experience in a client-facing role within a similar e-commerce environment preferred
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (Netsuite) and CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Willingness to start at 8am PST and work overtime as needed
