Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to clients in the DSD West Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage orders proactively to optimize service metrics such as case fill and timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant customer service experience
- Experience in a client-facing role within a similar e-commerce environment preferred
- Previous experience with ERP systems (Netsuite) and CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Willingness to start at 8am PST and work overtime as needed
