Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative- LHA.
Key Responsibilities
- Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account inquiries and support
- Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support and maintain quality customer service to clients and participants
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
- Experience using a CRM system is preferred
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to multi-task
- Internally motivated individual looking for personal and professional growth
