Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative- LHA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account inquiries and support
  • Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support and maintain quality customer service to clients and participants
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
  • Experience using a CRM system is preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Internally motivated individual looking for personal and professional growth
