Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan processed documents from inventory
- Ensure quality assurance for proper batch headers
- Perform paper sort into proper batches, electronic sorting, and data entry
Required Qualifications:
- Data entry experience with a minimum accuracy of 95%
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience is a plus
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must have intermediate computer literacy
