Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle a high volume of inbound calls for healthcare member and provider inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries
  • Maintaining awareness of the way performance and actions affect members
  • Providing new and existing members and providers with the best possible service in relation to billing, claims, enrollment, benefits, suggestions, and complaints
Required Qualifications:
  • Call Center experience
  • Health insurance experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a private workstation and internet connectivity
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information into the computer system simultaneously
