Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in the healthcare industry, answering basic questions and providing information on products, rental contracts, billing, pricing, and inventory availability
- Maintain technical product knowledge, identify and flag issues for resolution, and work with team members to resolve customer issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction in a demanding and changing medical field environment
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of product training and testing within 60 days of hire
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
