Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone-based customer service, resolving issues and educating members and providers on Federal Employee Program Benefits
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, conduct research on claim status, and investigate requests
- Document work, ensure accuracy, identify trends, and improve overall processes
Required Qualifications:
- One year of previous customer service experience
- Two years of college level courses or two years of phone-related customer service work experience
- Preferred experience in healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing, or Facets
- Preferred bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish
