Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with users to understand issues and provide technical guidance
- Develop support processes and documentation for products
- Triage urgent issues and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure SLA compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Experience in a radiology practice or radiology-focused tech company
- Proven experience in supporting enterprise SaaS applications in a Windows environment
- Ability to manage multiple issues effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with customer support systems such as Linear or Zendesk
