Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reproduce and debug customer issues using test environments and tools
- Communicate with customers to provide diagnostic and resolution steps
- Collaborate with team members and document customer interactions in compliance with security standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer support engineering experience or comparable technical role
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-sized companies
- 2+ years of experience diagnosing production network connectivity and performance issues
- Experience with major cloud platforms, distributed systems, and containerization
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation purposes
