Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Support / Operations Representative 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, utilizing established procedures and software applications
- Provide timely resolution of customer issues, ensuring satisfaction across various user groups
- Track and document customer issues through a computerized system, employing effective problem-solving techniques
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- Experience in a help desk or call center environment (minimum of 1 year)
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SalesForce is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish or French) is strongly encouraged to apply
