Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Support / Operations Representative 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, utilizing established procedures and software applications
  • Provide timely resolution of customer issues, ensuring satisfaction across various user groups
  • Track and document customer issues through a computerized system, employing effective problem-solving techniques
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • Experience in a help desk or call center environment (minimum of 1 year)
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SalesForce is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish or French) is strongly encouraged to apply
