Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a digital streaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional customer support via phone and email
  • Maintain customer accounts, subscriptions, and billing information
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience on the platform as an event director or team administrator
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience
  • Knowledge of the Google Suite and proficiency in learning multiple computer programs
  • Tournament management experience is a bonus
  • Comfort with troubleshooting computer hardware and tournament equipment setup is a bonus
