Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a digital streaming platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional customer support via phone and email
- Maintain customer accounts, subscriptions, and billing information
- Assist with various projects and tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience on the platform as an event director or team administrator
- 1-2 years of customer support experience
- Knowledge of the Google Suite and proficiency in learning multiple computer programs
- Tournament management experience is a bonus
- Comfort with troubleshooting computer hardware and tournament equipment setup is a bonus
