Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative who can thrive in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective or current customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
  • Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position
