Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative who can thrive in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective or current customers in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
- Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position
