Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Customer Support Representative.

Position Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone or electronically
  • Document new issues and resolutions for a knowledge base
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Prior help desk experience providing software support to external customers
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to tackle a problem using a logical, systematic sequential approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology or a relevant field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
