Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Customer Support Representative.
Position Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone or electronically
- Document new issues and resolutions for a knowledge base
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Prior help desk experience providing software support to external customers
- Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to tackle a problem using a logical, systematic sequential approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology or a relevant field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
